UIL announces 2026-2028 alignment for spring sports

Body The Texas University Interscholastic League announced the 20262028 realignment for all spring sports and activities on April 1. The spring alignment includes baseball, softball, golf, tennis and academic UIL competition.Munday golf, tennis, and spring academicUILcompetition.

Body Knox City’s high school tennis teams competed at the district tournament in Vernon April 1. Izaiah Trevino and Hunter Lerma finished 3rd in boys doubles after a long day of hardfought matches, missing qualifying for regionals by one placing.
